Brady G. Elliott’s career epitomizes a lifelong commitment to the pursuit of justice and service to the community. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from McMurry College and a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law, Judge Elliott embarked on a journey marked by excellence and dedication.

Beginning his legal career as Assistant General Counsel to a national jewelry retail chain, Judge Elliott swiftly navigated complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters. His expertise extended to overseeing legal, regulatory, and insurance affairs for a national sporting goods retailer, where he played a pivotal role in guiding the company through acquisitions and mergers.

In 1988, Judge Elliott’s dedication to justice led him to the bench as Judge of the 268th Judicial District Court in Fort Bend County, Texas. Over three decades, he presided over a wide range of cases with fairness and impartiality, earning recognition for his commitment to upholding the rule of law.

Upon retiring from the bench in 2018, Judge Elliott continued his commitment to dispute resolution as Of Counsel at The Love Ducote Law Firm LLC. He has been accepted as an arbitrator with prestigious institutions such as FINRA and the Texas Department of Insurance, leveraging his vast experience to facilitate fair and efficient resolutions to legal disputes. In addition to his legal career, Judge Elliott is a dedicated community leader, serving in various civic organizations and earning accolades for his contributions to improving justice and serving the community.
